Pandan cheesecake
Hmm.... pandan cheesecake? My latest cheesecake I've baked for my dear cousin. As she is so fond of pandan, I have tried a cheesecake recipe with pandan and it has come out of the oven so nice, perfectly baked with a smooth brown top. No one would ever have wondered after slicing the cheesecake, that it was actually green. A green cheesecake?? (See picture below).
To tell you the truth, I'm fond of it too... though I savour each teaspoonful with a few sips of green tea, to keep myself slim... and have extra serving(s).
