Slowly-baked traditional bread and butter pudding

Bread and butter pudding with sliced apples, sultanas, lemon peel and dessicated coconut. It is best served with vanilla sauce or a scoop of your favourite flavour ice-cream. It will be an interesting add-on on your dessert buffet table.
