Fresh spinach lasagne dish

Lasagne of Emilia-Romagna - Daring Bakers March 2009 Challenge
Hi all, I've just subscribed myself to The Daring Kitchen. It's a site where each month you are required to try a new challenge. So for this month of March, we were asked to make our own version of fresh lasagne with spinach. Yeah, making our own lasagne totally from scratch! Usually I buy the packaged ones, but to make my own fresh lasagne was new to me, until now. ;-)

Thankfully, I managed to find some fresh spinach at my local supermarket just in time! I didn't want to buy the frozen ones, as I believe that if I'm making fresh lasagne, then I should use fresh spinach as well.

The March 2009 challenge is hosted by Mary of Beans and Caviar, Melinda of Melbourne Larder and Enza of Io Da Grande. They have chosen Lasagne of Emilia-Romagna from The Splendid Table by Lynne Rossetto Kasper as the challenge.
This March 2009 challenge was really worth the effort, and much fun too!

Alternate layers of spinach pasta, ragù (meat and tomato sauce),
white béchamel and topped with mozzarella.
