Chicken Scotch eggs

Chicken Scotch eggs: hard boiled eggs, wrapped in a chicken mixture, coated with breadcrumbs and then deep-fried. Scotch eggs can be eaten hot or cold, with some chilli sauce. It's great as a picnic food, and can be served with salad as well.
