Theme cake: Cargo ship and flying plane around the globe
This cake dimension is 60x30cm with 2 themes merged: a cargo ship with containers and a flying plane around the globe. It's a tailor-made cake for someone's 50th birthday and he works in import/export sector.
The cake was so heavy and it required two pairs of strong arms to place it securely in the vehicle! I admire the driver's patience as he had to drive as slowly as possible to his destination... and also be on time!
I must say that was quite fascinating to make, what a bright and original theme!

Chicken Scotch eggs
Chicken Scotch eggs: hard boiled eggs, wrapped in a chicken mixture, coated with breadcrumbs and then deep-fried. Scotch eggs can be eaten hot or cold, with some chilli sauce. It's great as a picnic food, and can be served with salad as well.

Hi!, today we are not going to talk about yule log cakes, fruit cakes or other festive cakes, we'll just keep that for December! ;-)Today it's about the yummy anyday cake, i.e., the chocolate éclairs, that we can enjoy eating... in a flash!
