Strawberry yoghurt mousse

Consists of a base layer of vanilla sponge,
filled with a refreshing strawberry mousse
and a fruity layer of strawberry jelly.
Some fresh cream is piped on top.
On the sides is a chocolate marble joconde sponge.

Fresh doughnuts coated with chocolate ganache and multicoloured pearls, almond flakes or simply with a dusting of icing sugar. Hmm... just nice & yummy!
